“We stayed overnight after a long drive from Fukuoka and it was quite an experience. It felt like we went camping. The service was also great with the free microwaveable light meal and drinks. The room was well maintained but since it’s a container, you can feel the shake when someone is walking. The parking is free and very convenient too. All in all it was a good stay and experience. ”

“Very close to major site seeing location including walkable distance to the stations. You can feel traditional vibe here for sure. It was very roomy, quiet and private. Our room had a private outdoor onsen and it was beautiful ~~ so relaxing with killer view of the mountain. Owner who welcomed us spoke excellent English and so friendly. We felt very welcome to the property. Love this place! ”

“I have a wonderful time in this camp. The house was so dreamy like that one in storybook. We didn’t check the check-in time, so we were late at the check-in, so please do remember to check-in time is 3 pm to 6 pm. I still feel very bad because of my fault, but the host was really nice and friendly to us. He was very patient and we had a warm welcome when we arrived. He brought us to the house and explain to us carefully about every detail of the house. We have requested barbecue at the place....

“I usually do not give ratings but this time I feel that I have to let people know how amazing this Ryokan/hotel is. First the location is right in the middle of Beppus 7 Hells. You walk out and around corner they are! Second the hotel has breathtaking views of Beppu and the sea. Third the ryokan do not look much from the street but boy when you walk in you are surrounded by absolutely beautiful japanese garden, pond and architecture.
