“I am not angry early riser and appreciate breakfast until 10. And the food was great. The staff is super nice. There is a happy hour and free cookies in the afternoon. Very nice stay.”

“The room is very clean and the staff is friendly and helpful. The blackout curtains are wonderful, however the mattress leaves a lot to be desired. Note the walls are thin so if someone has a 4:30 am alarm they don’t turn off…”

“The room we were originally given was dark and cave-like. The pool was out of service for the first two days of our stay. There was nothing to watch on the TV. We complained and were moved to another room that was better. Still nothing to watch on the TV. I have no idea what cable service they have, but it is terrible. We were promised that we would have one night refunded, but that never happened. My biggest issue came when the pool reopened and we found one of the doors was unlocked. HUGE...

“I love supporting privately owned businesses and seeing older properties upkept. The Buffalo Inn was super clean and well maintained. The owner was very polite and helpful. Perfect for my night in Canyon. I highly recommend staying here....”

“Good breakfast. Room was not the cleanest and the bathroom fan was not operational which kept the bathroom pretty damp the rest of the day after 4 showers in the morning.”

“Room shows ware and tear. Toilet tank had crack top cover. Vanity sink has hole near drain. Room had an odor such that we needed to purchase room air freshener. Very minimal breakfast.”

“Nothing the place was dirty, poorly maintained. The towels were very disgustingly dirty. The shower pan was ducked taped together felt like you were going to fall thru.”

“The hotel was great for the price. The staff was awesome. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were clean. Be careful if you book through Expedia. They constantly over book this place and there is nothing the staff can do about it. I was lucky to get a room. They had the sign out to contact you agent if you booked on line. ”

“Hotel was a little hard to find as it sits behind a Spark Hilton. There is a strip center and a Rudy’s barbecue on the frontage within walking distance from the hotel. Easy access to on and off the freeway good location from the big Texas steakhouse and the Cadillac Ranch.”

“Check-in was perfect with a staff that was friendly and helpful. Room was very clean and spacious. Breakfast was great with a lot of options for adults and children. Pool area was lovely and our granddaughter enjoyed it very much. Very nice place to stay and we will definitely be back!”

“This was a HORRIBLE experience. The first room they gave us, there was a man inside and the staff had no idea who he was! Then they moved us to a room where the TV didn't work, the towel rack was ripped off the wall. The staff acted annoyed most of the time, the pillows were flatter than a pancake. Pool was nasty, hot tub broken and filled with nasty water. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!!”

“Cockroaches found in the room. Hotel staff entered our room without our permission and put food and water in our dogs cage without consent. Told them our dogs were service animals and they asked for “certification paperwork” as a condition of refunding the pet fees and put up an argument when we told them asking for said paperwork is against the law.”
