“Likes: Beautiful property. Spacious comfortable room. Wet bar and fridge were a nice treat. Cozy bed. Big clean bathroom. Nice balcony with table and chairs. Complimentary coffee and tea at local cafe a plus. Dislikes: No one answered the phone when we call multiple times.”

“This was a one night stay on a very long trip. This place has some issues.Homeless people wandering around the parking lot at all hours, my sink was stopped up and wouldn’t drain. I told the clerk and he said it would be repaired. But it was unsettling to wake up at 3:00 am and see someone looking at your motorcycle at such an hour. I would pay more and not stay here again. Nothing really happened but it was unsettling.”

“Always a very nice stay when we want to enjoy local wineries, or are traveling to Fort Bragg.”

“Place has a nice view of the lake. They are remodeling the place right now but it was still pretty nice. At night just gotta watch out for them rice mosquitoes other than that not a bad place for the price”

“The tile in the bathroom was terribly discolored and the shower curtain was awful. Breakfast does not started until 7 on the weekend and it was late. We had to eat what was available.”

“I'm not sure how this place had such good ratings. I booked a room and did not realize it was a "smoking" room. Is that even a THING anymore? anyway I can NOT be in a smoking room due to health reasons. The motel was not fully booked. I asked to be moved. The girl said she cant move the room in the system for some reason. I decided to try the room. WOW that was terrible and I have no idea how anyone sleeps in there. I only opened the door a second. Punched in the face with Old smoke. I went...

“Clean room and linens. Table and chairs were nice touch for eating in. Shower was rather small and could probably use an update. A light in the area with the fridge/microwave would have been helpful. Would definitely stay again. Santana's next door was great for breakfast as well as the Shoreline Cafe. TNT on the Lake Bar & Grill was great as a dinner option.”

“Staff was wonderful. The humans are trying, but more than 1/2 the buildings are red-tagged. The Front desk room is nice, the room we stayed in had possibly a new floor and bed, but when we left, I saw the stairs going above the room was red-tagged. At some point they may have put in a new building to expand, maybe it was the recent earthquake, but I will not stay there again. Just not safe.”
