“The only issue I had was with checkout. The employee on day shift said that staff was available 24 hours a day. When I went into the lobby at 4am to checkout, the employee was in a back office. When she finally came out, she wasn’t wearing shoes and she wasn’t wearing a name tag or any type of clothing to indicate she actually worked there. She was irritated that I was bothering her and told me I could have just left the key cards in the room. I told her that wasn’t what I was told when I had...

“We were welcomed by friendly staff and our room was very clean, quiet and beds were so comfortable. The location was convenient to everything we did. I would definitely recommend this hotel and I hope to stay again when I go back to Virginia. The 24 hour coffee and tea availability was a hit for us and the breakfast was excellent, more to choose from than most . Thanks for a wonderful stay !”

“I travel a lot...and Clarion was as great a hotel as any I have stayed, 100%. Clean, safe area, well maintained, professional and friendly staff, quiet at night, bed was clean and comfortable, so was the restroom...definitely will book there again next time we visit UVA. BTW, Raising Cane's is 50 steps away in front of the hotel :)”
