“The hotel was closed upon arrival and no one ever arrived. The windows were broken and there was an odor of cat urine and a dozen feral cats. We left since the hotel was closed and sought other accommodations. I will demand a full refund from Expedia and my credit card company. Filthy!”

“Amazing stay in nature. Love the fire supplies provided and the coffee was tasty. The s'more's kit was an added treat. Everything was lovely especially the setting in the middle of nature. Great fire pit and when you lay in bed you just see the trees in the woods. It just was amazing. It might be nicer if there was a blackout area where you can see the stars, and if there was an extra blanket, but otherwise absolutely no complaints. Great communication with the host. Absolutely amazing...

“Good location for UVA graduation. However, the king size studio room was unusually small. To our surprise and dismay, when we opened the sofa bed, one couldn’t get from bedroom to the bathroom room anymore - you had to step over the corner of the sofa bed which inevitably woke up our son sleeping there. To make matters worse, bathroom light didn’t work, so we had to take showers in dark - after informing the front desk immediately, it didn’t get fixed during our stay. Apparently, the...

“Our stay was great. Linda in the breakfast area was delightful. She kept the area spotless and was cheerful each day. The front desk staff were welcoming and answered our questions promptly.”
