“This is not my first time here , but it will definitely be my last .yesterday i went out early came back ans the room wasn't cleaned i called downstairs and asked the front desk for fresh towels,she told me i needed to come down and get since she didnt gave anyone to bring them up.i saud okay, the next day as i was leaving out the hotel i told the front deck no one came yesterday to clean the room came you make sure someone cleaned it today i need fresh clean linen and towels and another roll...

“Interior looked way better the exterior.. Rooms could use some maintenance....we e experienced toilet issues...the TV went up.. the door was janky which required us to move 2 times. The breakfast buffet food didn't have much season. Overall I'd give a 2.5/5. However one plus was that they did over shuttle service within a 5 mile radius ”

“The property needs renovations specifically inside the room. There was no toilet paper holder, the AC made strange sounds at night. But the wors thing is the other people inside thebproperty apparently they live here. And we felt watched at all times. At night we coulnt sleep because there was two people outside taliking for kver an hour.we though there were listening to see if we were asleep. At 5am outside of the room there was a tall tree with many birds singing. One of the reasons we stayed...

“We had a great stay overall! Shoutout to Darny for assisting us during our stay and making the experience even better. My only feedback is that breakfast closed about 30 minutes earlier than the posted time given to guests, which was a little disappointing.”

“The hotel had many flaws when jt comes to the maintenance. The ac unit had a broken vent and the bathroom was very old and had chips on the mirror frame. The walls were paper thin and could hear the room Next door arguing. Very unsatisfactory. Will not be going back again.”

“The room was clean and very spacious. The staff were very friendly and accommodating...from the manger who changed our room to give us a tub instead of a shower...numerous staff who spoke to us...the ladies who set up the breakfast...everyone! The breakfast was the best I've ever experienced in any hotel I've ever stayed in. We were extremely pleased and would definitely would stay there again if our travels take us to Vienna.”
