Hotel vicino a BJ's Bingo - Tacoma

“I had 3 rooms, 2 of which were standard, 1 a suite. I stayed in the suite and had a hard time sleeping first 2 nights...Loud banging of pipes, and leaking water from shower. Went to have lunch day 2 at EQC down the road a bit and immediately made plans to check out the following day. Was not my idea of a"good stay"!”

“Definitely a cheap, tweakerish, hotel. So I wasn't expecting anything lavish. With that being said my room REEKED of cigarette smoke (supposedly a smoke free hotel), ”

“there check in took 3 hours and i had to come back the next dsy to get my cash deposit”

“Could not enter lobby. Had to do transaction through a "ticket window". Had to sign the back of a "paper". He said he needed that for expedia. Room was horrific soiled bedding, cigarette burns in bedding, etc. People walking on the outside of rooms looking in the windows. I went back to the window and told him I wouldn't stay there and that I wanted a refund. He said he would ask Expedia to refund it.I just wanted out of there. Actually very scared and uncomfortable.”

“Pictures are deceiving on website.. I paid for a jetred tub room-unable to use- no way to plug tub up.. fridge had loud hum all night, premises and hallways dirty, full of teash- due to the hotels.com website incorrect advertising- there is a Sunshine I and a Sunshine II.. Sunshine I took my money, but didnt have jetted room, stated they were unable to refund money- so sent me to Sunshine II.. who didntcallow dogs (I have a dog and paid extra deposit at Sunshine I). Manger made an 'exception'...

“Crystal was great. She got a new remote for me as the volume didn't work on the other one. She tried to help me cast my phone to the tv, but it didn't work. The room was clean, the bathroom had a towel rack that wasn't on the wall right and seemed a little unstable. The curtain rod was broke, but still functioning. The breakfast could have been better. I wish they had bacon, sausage and eggs. ”

“Yes shops near by. Stayed at your location because it was easy access to St. Jospeh's Hospital . Staff was very courteous and kind. I felt very safe with the underground parking situation. I thought the breakfast was very good and I enjoyed Keurig machine with many coffees and lattes. we will recommend this hotel to others and would stay again anytime. ”

“Everything you need is provided. A clean room, many yummy places to eat and drink. Entertainment available and just exploring is entertainment in itself.”

“Internet so slow I couldnt stream a single show (been this way both times I've stayed here), and the beds are absolutely terrible. No complaints with anything else, and the staff has been great. But I won't stay here again.”

“The entry carpet was bubbled and needed to be stretched or replaced, lower elevator didn’t work, but the lobby was clean and staff was nice. Our room was a mess. Towels had black sticky stuff on them, room was very dusty, stains on the carpet and the room was very warm regardless of turning the air on. ”
