“The location was stunning and the views were breathtaking. Our room was out of this world, with huge floor to ceiling windows we were blessed to wake to the beautiful view every day. Staff were loveky, really helpful and friendly, nothing was too much. There were 3 gorgeous residential cats and a beautiful dog at the property. We were so sad to leave and wished our stay had been longer. This is one of the best hotels we have ever stayed out. ”

“We arrived in Sapa early after the transfer from Loa Cai train station. We were going to check or bags, the receptionist upgraded our room and checked us in. She was amazing. The staff went above and beyond, Wendy kept in touch with us gave us maps, suggestions for day trips, arranged tickets for Fansipan. Hotel is on a quiet street a short distance to the main square. “The hotel was clean and perfectly located for Fansipan. We had a bungalow which was excellent. There was a large spread for breakfast and a lot of vegetarian options as well. ”

“Pros: Beautiful view. The grounds are lovingly maintained and lush. The staff are hardworking, attentive, and friendly. The main highlight of this venue is the food, which is truly world class. Amazing breakfast with incredible french toast. If you value fresh and local ingredients, the quality here is hard to top. We would have loved to do the cooking class but did not get the time to. Dinners were great too, albeit not included and relatively expensive for Vietnam. Great location - 10 minute...

“Beautiful setting, and very helpful staff. Food is passable; don’t expect much in that regard. If you book a trek, be clear about what you want out of the experience. We wanted to see the bamboo forest and waterfalls but ended up spending the day wandering through “authentic” villages. ”

“The hotel is located in the busy street of Old Quarter. Very accessible to restaurants, basic groceries, and close to some attractions. They also have a good breakfast buffet but when we had to eat at 6:30am due to early pick up for the tour, they are not yet ready.”
