“The staff was immensely kind and helpful and contributed to make our stay the best. Tom gave us some great tips for places to go. There is a selection of great vegetarian food and tasty drinks available at any time. We were greatful for being greeted by a smile when we ordered food slightly outside of normal hours. The area is peaceful with a great view on mountains. The hot pool was enjoyable. The bungalow was clean and cosy.”

“ the hotel appears quite upmarket and the room is pleasant though the bed a little hard but no harder than average for Vietnam.The staff are very pleasant. The one complaint is about the included breakfast. It was merely two small slices of toast two pieces of butter a small helping of condensed milk,presumably to put on the toast, and a glass of water. Having sat and looked at it for ten minutes someone came and asked if I would like eggs with the bread so at least breakfast ended up...

“The good: The villas are beautiful. Very comfortable. The bad: 1) Like many resorts, Natalie's is a taxi ride away from any services. Unlike many resorts in this situation, it doesn't offer food options outside of breakfast and dinner. We arrived at 1pm and asked to have lunch at the restaurant. “We booked 2 nights at Thao Nguyen Resort for our trip to Moc Chau Plateau. We stayed at a 2-bedroom villa, which needs some immediate renovation since the room is very tired and smelly. Upon check-in, we were asked to have breakfast from 6AM-8AM the following morning due to a wedding taking place that day The worst part is the villa located right next to a community venue where elderly working out in early morning.
