Hotel con servizio concierge a Bad Gastein

“We went to Chalet Gastein in January 2011 and we had no expectations at all. We just booked a cheap hotel. As soon as we arrived we found out that the staff were very service minded and really caring for their guests. We were told that every day we would get breakfast and a three course dinner and that it was all included in the price. This we had no information about when we did our booking and the food was amazingly good. The staff gave us loads of information and we were also invited to go on...

“The pillows and beds were very uncomfortable. The furniture setting seemed to be an afterthought. One of the sconce light fixtures was directly above where your pillow goes, and kept hitting my head on it. The sofa next to the bed is too large, and seems unnecessary, with a set of bunk beds in the space. The bathroom was nice, clean and large. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The amenities at the main hotel (spa), were great. ”

“La camera è decisamente spaziosa per una famiglia di 4 persone. Si trova nel centro della cittadina, ma un pò lontano sia dalle terme che dagli impianti sciistici e per arrivarci si impone l'uso della macchina, visto che la località è dicisamente in salita. La dotazione della cucina è parecchio ridotta, e il filo dell'alimentazione elettrica del frigo è sempre in mezzo ai piedi. Si gode della vista della cascata la quale però, a finestre aperte, è parecchio rumorosa. Wifi decisamente veloce.”
