“This is a property that has the potential to be lovely but unfortunately lacks a few fundamentals. The rooms need a deep cleaning; baseboards, tubs, windows etc. The first room we were given had rust and mold on the air conditioner, tub and sink and the windows. The curtains were old, dusty and saggy. There were insects on the floor and in the morning I found them on the bed! I’m not very picky but I couldn’t handle that! With the town entirely sold out, we were stuck there. When we called for help, the owner lied and said management would call back—they never did, and he subsequently ignored our calls.
