“Very nice apartment that is exactly like the pictures. We used the pool, putt putt, axe throwing and walked a trail. Also bought the bucket of rocks for gem mining. 7 and 8 year old boys loved it. Waterslide was broken. Campground was extremely clean amd everyone was friendly. If you're looking for a fun place to stay near the zoo, this is it!”

“The details, the snacks provided were actually a life saver while settling in, every welcoming touch including the first home out of three I’ve stayed in NC to actually provide coffee for the coffee maker and different types at that with variety’s of sugars and creamers and that was just wonderful. “It was an idyllic weekend getaway with my daughter at Robin’s Nest. Our favorite part was looking forward to spectacular sunsets on the terrace that sits above the lot! The terrace had plenty of comfortable furniture where we could enjoy the view, eat, listen to music and talk. The actual unit was cozy and intimate with a great air conditioner that kept us cool though it was very hot outside. “We had a wonderful family vacation! The house is large enough for a family yet still has a cozy layout to give everyone individual space. The kitchen is will equipped for cooking and a nice grill outside. A large deck with a huge dock for swimming and boating. Easy to communicate with the owners whom are nice and accommodating. A beautiful home with a gorgeous view of the lake and I will definitely rent again!”

“John is an excellent host! We had a great stay, caught a lot of small fish off the pier, but no big ones - this time! this was our dogs first vacation, and it was the perfect stay for her too... there's a fenced in yard, so she could do her thing, off leashwe'll certainly be back to stay again! ”

“The family loved the quiet cove that the Bungalow is situated on! Great fishing and wildlife opportunities. The children were ecstatic at catching their first fish of the fall season. Everyone enjoyed kayaking around the cove to watch the wildlife. We also enjoyed sitting out on the back dining deck for meals and family game time!”

“Overall a great place to stay. We are a family of 5 and we had plenty of room in the cabin. The kids loved all of the campground amenities. We were only 15 minutes from the zoo. The only issue I run into was check-in. I feel like that process needs to be better explained in the welcome message. Great stay, would stay there again. ”
