“Place is clean and the staff is really friendly. Breakfast is average.”

“Room was only cleaned once in our entire stay. One day they came in and just took our towels and didn’t do anything else. When I called front desk to get more towels the front desk never answers but when you see them downstairs they weren’t doing anything to not answer the phone. Breakfast most the time there were never forks. When interacted with staff they were nice”

“I am a frequent traveler to this hotel. The hotel always clean and filled with nice amenities. I have noticed a mass change in staff members. That is a little concerning. But the stays is always great. I would love a bit more varieties in breakfast as i always struggle to find food that is appealing to me”

“On this trip, we stayed in 5 different hotels, and one (unnamed in Vergina was horrible to say the least) Our stay at the Candlewood was fantastic! Overall, the rooms were very clean and kept clean. The staff was very polite and helpful. On a long trip, it was a great add-on for the laundry room and had no additional cost to the guests. I would recommend it to anyone, and did to the family members that we went to visit. Thank you for the pleasant stay!”

“For my first time visiting in Kentucky, I’m glad I picked to stay at Regina’s Country Living. Hostess : Top notch hospitality; Regina looked out for everyone who stayed for the Kentucky Derby event like a mother. Our breakfast was homemade each morning, and it definitely brought back memories with of my grandma for Sunday and Christmas breakfast specials. Room/Home : Regina’s home had so much old southern world charm that had it not been so cool outside, that drinking a Mint Julep on the porch...

“Poorly ran, they said continental breakfast which amounted to twinkies, cupcakes, and cereal wow!!! The plugs in room didn’t work, the place looked run down, and they only wanted money”

“They are going through renovations so not everything was available. Bar was not open. Good breakfast though. It will be amazing when the renovations are finished. Great location in Frankfort.”
