Hotel a Bainbridge

“Great”

“It was the worst hotel stay. We had reserved two days. The staff went into our room and stole our personal items. We had to spend extra money to replace those items that cost over $54.00. I will never stay there again in my life.”

“I understand if your property is old, but you have to at least to try to make an effort to do some type of upkeep. The first thing we noticed coming into the room was that the security latch was snapped. Did someone force their way into the room? It's a $6.97 item at Walmart. Replace and your guests will feel safe. The deadbolt connecting our room to an adjacent room did not completely lock. Have your handy guy adjust it so your guests can feel safe. The fitting around the sink was moldy...

“This reservation was god-send. It was pouring we need a room that took dogs and the location and price were perfect. While the room seemed clean, the bathroom and really everything, was so old. The cover to the toilette had a big break in it right near the flusher, so that was very dangerous. The tub was yellow and the towels torn. We were anxious to leave early and I didn't clear everything out. So someone inherited my kindle and a fridge with some food. Hope they enjoyed.”

“Air conditioner in room would not go below 78 degrees and we came in late and was hot all night. Hallway AC had to be at least 15 degrees low. Propert could be cleaned up and updated”

“I have 2 service dogs and the man working the front desk charged me for them. Despite me offering to show documentation. This was not the experience I needed after the horrible day I was having. The place is not in very good shape and doesn't match the photos. The place was grimey and did not feel sanitary. For being a Wyndham you would think they would update their furniture. My room was a non- smoking room and smelled so bad of cigarettes. The only reason I give 2 stars instead of 1 is the...

“Overall good stay. Variety of breakfast items including some hot items: eggs, sausage, biscuits. Husband said the coffee was good! Room was clean. Staff was pleasant. Bed was comfortable. Only inconveniences were the operation of the shower (display in the office) and a lack of outlets near the bed. Would stay again! ”
