“This apartment was easy to find, conveniently located, clean, and spacious. It was the perfect place to stay for some business that I had in town. The laundry room on the first floor was especially convenient. Check-in was great, and Gigi was an awesome hostess. I would definitely do it again.”

“The place was filthy. cockroach’s. Bugs in fridge. Food particles left on counter and microwave. Bathroom sink not cleaned. No toilet paper, no bedding for pull-out couch, no hand towels, one rag and one dish towel. Glasses and cups were filthy from sitting in the open so long. Table could not be used because any weight causes it to tilt over. Bathroom has nowhere to put you toiletries. The owner responded quick, but they couldn’t get toilet paper right away so we had to buy some. Then we had to...

“This is one of the best places I’ve ever stayed. The whole unit is very clean, beautifully decorated and located in a really safe and nice part of Bakersfield. It has so much offered, from the welcome basket, to the free amenities like coffee and the variety of teas, to the cozy bed, this is seriously one of the best places I’ve stayed in a long while. In addition, the host is really nice and answered all my questions promptly. Book this place, you won’t regret it. ”

“We thought we would try this type of accommodation this trip as it was pretty close to the normal hotel price we pay. Although I should have read the part where there are stairs, (we are seniors with limited mobility), we were still very happy with the stay. Just much more comfortable that the hotels. ”

“Upon arrival house was dirty, food was in the fridge. You can’t be out at night out side. Homeless people hang out out side property.One time one homeless was laying on the main parking area. Ambulance sirens in the middle of the night. Please don’t based the stayed with only looking at the pictures and title of the place. I definitely got catfish.”

“We found this very nice and cozy 1 bedroom accommodated our needs for the 3 days of the CIF Wrestling Championship. Our son was competing, it was a short drive convenient to Mechanics Bank Arena made convenient to go back and forth between matches to get a bit of rest. Highly recommend.
