Cottage a Bakewell

“We had a lovely stay at Cuckoo Cottage and would happily return. The location is excellent for exploring the Peak District, with beautiful walks straight from the doorstep, including Lathkill Dale. The swimming pool was a real bonus after a day of walking, and the games room was great fun, with pool, table tennis, darts, giant Jenga and other games available. “Bakewell is amazing and the property location is superb. However the property was clean inside, although there was paint hanging off walls and the windows were incredibly dirty. The outside was shocking, the garden was a mess and totally overgrown. The oven didn’t work which was so frustrating! All very disappointing, but the local area is stunning and made it okay. ”
