“Hotel al centro della città. Quasi tutto era facilmente raggiungibile a piedi. Le stanze erano, per la maggior parte, piccole. Poteva essere più pulito. Il personale è gradevole. Wi-Fi abbastanza lento.”

“Nothing as described on your website . Not a deluxe room No microwave or tea coffee maker as advertised The accommodation was actually closed for refurbishment and we were the only people in the building . No bath as advertised. No nice view of the city. TV worked by internet so it buffered all the time until it went off about 9 pm and needed a code to use it which tbe one man there did not know . Only managed to stay one night despite booking for three. Airport Shuttle did not exist...

В ванной есть плесень. Номер большой. Мало розеток в комнате, сложно заряжать устройства. Прекрасный завтрак. Дают сотовый мед.”

“The rating for this property on expedia is simply fake. Most probably resulting of Bangladeshi click farms, and bad expedia compliance. The pictures on the site do not do justice to the state of the facilities. Our room had 3 small windows but curtains for only 2. Safe did not open and worked erratically once taken care of by hotel staff. Safe is not attached to anything so you can pick it up and walk away with it. Breakfast was included but never delivered even if requested. When calling...

“Hi! Since there were renovation taking place within the hotel, I did not manage to stay in the actual hotel building. The Avand hotel took good care of me while providing possible other solutions for the accomodation. Thus, I finally decided to have my whole stay in another hotel. The hotel management was effective and friendly in communications.”
