Kiran, Renu, Ajay and Raj made sure my wife and I stay was excellent. The staff makes this hotel. If you are visiting Mauritius this is the olave to stay. All regards

It is indeed, most unfortunate, that, visibly, you did not find your stay at our Resort to be entirely to your expectations and in this regard, I am very sorry, that you did not share during your stay with us more in detail, what actually led to your dissatisfaction, so that we could have immediately addressed any prevailing issues and by doing so, avoid you leaving us with a feeling of discontent. Dear Traveler, Firstly, I would like to thank you for having taken the time to share with us your valued feedback, following your recent stay at our Resort. Having said this, in respect of your comment, whereby, you mentioned, that the “property felt dated”, in all honesty, I fail to agree herewith, as our Hotel was opened only 8 years ago and I wish to, personally, assure you, that working closely with our Engineering team, as well as in tight collaboration with our Executive Housekeeper, we have in fact an in-depth “Preventive Maintenance Program” in place, which is strictly adhered to, as well as a dedicated “deep cleaning” program being implemented on a continued basis, precisely, so as to ensure, that every endeavour is made, as well as all steps taken, to uphold the highest standards, that one would expect in a 5-star “luxury” Resort of the caliber of “Angsana Balaclava Mauritius”. With regard to your comment made ref our Culinary offerings at breakfast, I am very sorry if the breakfast was not to your contentment, however, I feel it opportune to mention, that our breakfast buffet consists of a hot, live & cold section; fresh & homemade pastries and breads, as well as a wide variety of fruits and cereals. In addition hereto, we also offer an “A la Carte” menu, whereby, we are delighted to make available a wide selection of breakfast items or one can also place an advanced order of their desired dish, which our Chefs are more than happy to prepare for the benefit & enjoyment of our most discerning guests. Once again, thank you very much for your valued feedback, which will only serve us better in our continuous efforts to overcome any shortcomings, so as to be able to deliver the finest level of service pledged by us. الاستقبال كان جداً سئ والمغادره اسواء للاسف يوجد كثير من الحشرات داخل وخارج الغرفه وبالاخص الوزغ في كل مكان المكان موحش جداً في الليل ومليئ ب اصوات الضفادع المزعجه جداً لايوجد شطاف لايوجد دفايه للمسبح يعني مسبح بدون فايده مره بارد

Dear Omar, Firstly, thank you for having taken the time of conveying to us your experience, pursuant to your stay at our Resort in one of our “Deluxe Pool Suites”, from August 5-10, 2019. On an opening note, in respect of the complaint voiced ref our Front Office department, I am very sorry, if you did not find the services provided to be to your satisfaction. However, please note, that you arrived at our Resort at 16:08 and you were checked-in to your Suite at 16:25. Additionally, as per our records and after having spoken with Elsa, our Front Office Supervisor, who carried-out your check-out, you did not voice any complaint at the time of your departure. With regards to your comment relating to the presence of “bugs”, as well as the “very annoying frog sounds”, Mauritius being a sub-tropical island and the Resort being surrounded by lush gardens, it is, therefore virtually, impossible to totally guarantee the absence of any insects in these natural surroundings. However, we are contracted with an expert Pest Control Company that takes all the necessary steps, to avoid the presence of any “bugs”. As to the point raised in respect of the absence of “shattaf” in the bathroom, it is correct that the bathrooms in our Suites do not have a “shattaf” available, but, they are equipped with a “stand alone bidet”, for the convenience of our guests. In terms of the private pool in your Suite not being equipped with a heater, it would be fair to highlight, that none of the private pools within our “Deluxe Pool Suites” are heated and nowhere, have we advertised them as being heated. Consequently, please accept my sincere apologies for any inconvenience experienced. In closing, once again I am truly sorry, that you did not enjoy your stay amidst us, but, I would like to thank you for your valued feedback. With best regards, Paul van Frank General Manager
