“Loved the location and private villas on the beach ”

“Staff are great, professional and friendly. Breakfast was good but weird I have to ask for drinks. Not an issue though. Can't really think of any complaints since they also have Netflix. 😂 Just a lovely and comfortable place to stay and a feeling of safety specially since there was a typhoon warning when we checked in and they locked down the building in anticipation. “I loved the friendly and knowledgeable staff, clean room and bathroom and ease to restaurants and shopping but no coffee or warm water to have tea or coffee when needed.”

“The bathroom was not very clean. There was mildew around the sink and on shower head. The staff immediately addressed the situation. They assigned me another room which was much cleaner. They went out of their way to make sure I had an enjoyable stay. I will stay there the next time I’m in Tacloban City.”

“Beautiful gardens and location with jungle mountains in the background. There is a pool on the way which will be a real bonus. The host retired Aussie Trevor and wife Jessa really make you feel like you're at home,while Ramil who apart from being a jack of all trades is a fantastic cook and takes care of any requests you may have. Jupiter's is a fun bar to hang out at night and sing a song if your keen.”
