“Be aware no hot & cold shower. Also be aware no blanket provided, only a sheet for cover. Only one electric outlet in the room. For one night it was a place to sleep since nothing else was available. If available, would choose another place. Did have free wifi in the room. It is a very plain place, but GV's website states that is their business plan to provide plain simple rooms.”

“The bathroom was not very clean. There was mildew around the sink and on shower head. The staff immediately addressed the situation. They assigned me another room which was much cleaner. They went out of their way to make sure I had an enjoyable stay. I will stay there the next time I’m in Tacloban City.”

“Beautiful gardens and location with jungle mountains in the background. There is a pool on the way which will be a real bonus. The host retired Aussie Trevor and wife Jessa really make you feel like you're at home,while Ramil who apart from being a jack of all trades is a fantastic cook and takes care of any requests you may have. Jupiter's is a fun bar to hang out at night and sing a song if your keen.”
