“We loved NRMA Warrnambool. We only stayed one night but it has a great family friendly vibe. The outdoor pool looked like fun and the indoor one was like a bath. The cabin was spacious and clean with complimentary tea, coffee etc.. The staff were all friendly and helpful, but my favourite thing was the towel swan on the bed, a lovely touch🤓”

“I had a very serious issue with this property. I booked and prepaid for Innova Motel Warrnambool through Expedia, and the reservation was shown as confirmed. However, when I arrived at the property, the front desk told me that there was no booking under my name and that they had no vacancy. As a result, I was unable to stay despite having already paid for the reservation. This caused significant stress and inconvenience, as I arrived expecting confirmed accommodation and then had to deal with...

“The bedroom was light and comfortable, the bathroom was spotless with good towels. However the downstairs sitting area was very tight for space with the tv mounted on the stair banister rail. The photos do not accurately show the space as is. Also the parking spots are very narrow, my husband had to use the passenger door to access the drivers seat because a 4wd had parked in the next bay, not an ideal situation..”

None of them have made a greater effort to make me comfortable than City Heart, admittedly a modest, affordable 16 room place in Warrnambool. The bed was super comfortable, when you turned on the hot water, you got hot water and —— wait for it —— the T.P. was actually soft, almost plush!”
