Hotel vicino a Ballethnic Dance Company - Atlanta

“We got a room whose bathroom reeked of cigarette smoke. It wasn't pleasant and my partner asthma got severely activated. When we complained to the property, they gas-lit us and said they were "smoke-free" as if a sign prevented people from acting and as if we made up being severely uncomfortable. We called Hilton, and they said they would address our compliant in 2-3 days but no word back. Honestly stay at StayBridge just down the road. We liked it much better.”

“There was a $12 parking charge that was never mentioned in their advertizement, and they charged me $112. Breakfast was not free.”

“The hotel rooms were poorly kept, horrible stains on the carpets. The showers were still dirty with footprints. I was upgraded to a bigger room but it was still dirty with worse stains on the carpet. The pool room had bugs and old food on the floor, and the hot tub was out of order. The air conditioner vent in our room was broken and extremely dusty. ”

“The property was in top notch excellence. Very clean! The breakfast was hot and delicious! So much to choose from. They even have dinner on Wednesday evenings; From socializing, alcoholic beverages, and board games. All FREE!! I highly recommend this property for your stay!”

“Innanzi tutto pre arrivo è risultato impossibile ricevere istruzioni per la navetta dell'aeroporto. Quando arrivate ad Atlanta abbiamo chiamato non ci sono state fornite le indicazioni corrette. Arrivate abbiamo dovuto chiedere i biscotti ( simbolo dell'hotel). Personalae sempre scontroso e maleducato a tratti che ti urla dietro per 4 persone che facevano il check in. Hanno autorizzato un cambio di giorno senza penale, ma mi hanno trattenuto ugualmente il denaro. Per fortuna lo staff di Expedia...

“Overall it was pretty grim. The hotel smells of smoke and is quite run down. We stayed only one night before an early morning flight and booked here because it offers a 24 hr shuttle. The shuttle did not arrive at the advertised time (every 30 minutes on the hour) because 'it was full'. It then only runs to the domestic terminal so we needed another shuttle to the international terminal. While we were waiting for the shuttle at 4:30am people kept walking intoi the hotel off the street banging on...

“Stayed 3 days. Asked to clean the room. They take note and forget it! Then they knock the door at 10 pm... too late. No complimentary water or toiletries. Receptionist doesnt know if the room was prepaid or not. They refuse to print the invoice. After complaines eventually they print it but the room rate is wrong. They insist that their systems dont fail. Shuttle from the airport very dirty. The restaurant has just few things at an exhorbitant price”
