The room was clean. The only staff we dealt with were the front desk and they were very pleasant. The housekeeping staff seemed very friendly and all said hello when we were leaving the next morning. The room was very nice, with a gas fireplace and jacuzzi to kick off the start of winter. We were pleasantly surprised. The reception was great too!
