“Stayed in a presidential suite. It was a good unit of 2 bedrooms on the 7th floor. The check in was not smooth and took more time than usual. There were issues with wifi as signal was weak but it got sorted out. The staff were quick to remind us that our room did not include a breakfast. Wierd because a person who has booked a suite would generally know what is and is not included in the booking. The staff could be more courteous.”

“What a disaster this turned out to be for a 2 night deluxe room stay. First night and day the room was great and recently updated. Only problem was the room is next to the balcony where people smoke. Happened to be there when a “smashed out of his head 95% of the time” young guest on the same floor would spend almost all day smoking weed on the balcony with the doors into the building floor wide open. I asked him multiple times to close the doors, I asked the staff to deal with it as our room...

“Not very well maintained hotel. Big room but a bit old. Breakfast very basic. Nothing to do nearby. Anyway probably one of the best choice in Surat Thani. Good price for what you get”

“The rooms are not as well maintained as in the photos; the windows have been repaired with silicone everywhere, the coffee table is damaged, and the armchair is stained. Contrary to what is described, the spa is closed, no massages are available, and the restaurant is not operating either. Unprofessional.”
