Hotel a Ban Long Kung

“When we arrived at the hotel, they were nowhere to be found. There were dogs barking but no people. Icalled the number on Travelocity and was told it was not a working number. We had to flag down a neighbor to help us. A young man finally appeared and gave us keys. The place was beautiful but unkempt. The kitchen had two weeks of dishes piled up in the sink. “Absolutely fabulous boutique hotel directly on the Klong (canal) Wonderful and friendly hosts looked after us at every stage ensuring our stay was better than we could possibly expect. We caught a long tail boat from the hotel to the floating market and a lovely noodle seller stopped her boat and cooked us noodles for lunch. “We had an amazing time. A wonderful reception and fantastic staff. Our AC functioned wonderfully and the room was clean and welcoming. We got new water everyday and new towels!! The homemade breakfast is delicious and I can’t say enough about how kind the staff were! If we came back to amphawa we would definitely stay here again. Also super easy to find and great energy!! ”
