“La località è molto bella, così come la lunga spiaggia privata. Il ristorante è discreto e il personale gentile. Grandi e pulite le camere, ma... Mancano i piccoli particolari che un occidentale (e clienti che ho visto lo erano tutti) si aspetterebbe: una luce per leggere a letto, comodini, cose così... Comunque si sta bene, nella gran tranquillità.”

“Avoid at all cost! This should already been removed from the website. It has turn into a bird nest. It has speakers board casting bird call 24 hours a day. We arrived late at night heard the noise though it was from the mountain behind the hotel but no, it was from the speaker cross our room! Could sleep all night!!!!”

“We arrived late at night post checking out the night night market at Surat Thani as check in available until 23.45 :) Please be awake: black elephant boutique and 88 fine hotel are combined. We booked a room in 88 fine hotel and was expecting to sleep in one of the detached rooms as per photos in the booking- however we stayed on the second floor of the black elephant boutique. The stairs are very steep- so would recommend when booking to book first floor if needed! Other than that- room...

“No hot water and no soundproofing. We can hear everything that is said in the neighboring rooms and I had no luck with the neighboring couple who only slept at 11:30 pm and then got up at 4:30 am to get ready before finally leave.”

“The location is good because you have a lovely and cheap restaurant, a 7/11 and also very close to the airport. Downsides are the beds are very hard. Unlike any bed I have ever slept on. The WiFi was good though. I needed this as I work on my laptop.”

“The staff are very accommodating. They went out of their way to be helpful. They drove me to 7Eleven so I could stock up on food etc. They also gave me a lift to the next motorbike shop rental - all without wanting a tip. The room is clean and the hotel is situated in a quiet location, which makes it perfect for sleeping. I will definitely stay here again next time I'm in Surat Thani.
