Hotel a Ban Thum

“Bb Le Garden is a cute little "resort". The rooms were cleaned daily, and a limited menu breakfast was included in the price. It is out of the city aways. This means it was pretty quiet, but also that unless you have your own transportation, it could be a challenge getting into the city proper. ”

“The pillow had a noticeable odor from a previous guest, which is unacceptable and raises serious concerns on both cleanliness and the hotel’s standards. This falls below what guests should reasonably expect. The hotel needs to be more diligent and transparent in replacing bed sheets and pillowcases for each new guest. Additionally, the room was left in service with a cracked mirror, which further reflects poor maintenance and a lack of attention to guest safety and quality.”

“This is a wonderful hotel. The room is kept up nicely and it's spacious. The bathroom is large as well and has a bathtub and shower. You have a mini bar and complementary water which is great. The maid service was excellent and the staff at the front desk were extremely helpful. I really appreciate the price which was very reasonable”

“Location Location Location 7 min walk from train station, 7 min walk to Khon Kaen Wall district, 10 min walk to main night market, 11 min walk to McDonald’s, 22 min walk to Lake and associated attractions, 8 coffee shops 3 min, 7/11 and Tops 4 minutes. Very good price and clean all functional room. Their big sign “no coffee, no elevator, no breakfast “. Says it all on extras. You save enough money to cover coffee etc elsewhere ”
