“Everything was perfect until the speakers that my neighbors had were on from 11 PM until 7 AM not to mention the screaming and yelling, although I contacted the reception many times regarding that it. And i was assured they were going to address that issue nothing was done. Great facility and a great place to spend some time off the city but this incident turned into a terrible experience. ”

“The location is miles away from any other amenities, situated as it is in the middle of the desert outside of Riyadh. However, it would be excellent for a family with children as they have a huge kid-friendly pool and kids club. I really enjoyed the restaurant which allows a choice between buffet-style eating or a la carte. The latter offered some excellent quality food. My room was vast (I had a suite) and it came with a large balcony. The one facility located next door is the “Bestival”...

"La struttura è buona per essere un hotel vicino all'aeroporto. Pulizia e ristorante ottimi. Gentilissimo Hamed responsabile di sala. Peccato per gli addetti alla recaption che oltre ad essere maleducati si disinteressano completamente dei clienti. In fase di prenotazione avevo chiesto di mettere una culla in camera. Il nostro arrivo era in serata (l'hotel era stato avvisato) e avendo un bambino volevo trovare la camera pronta. Arrivati non era presente òa culla. Ho quindi sollecitato, più volte tornando anche in reception. Solo dopo circa 2 ore sono venuti a mettere la culla. Quindi pur distrutti dal viaggio non potevamo andare a dormire. Al momento del checkout ho chiesto di avere una golf car per caricare i bagagli ad un certo orario. Mi è stato detto che non era necessario che potevo chiamare dalla stanza la reception e mi avrebbero mandato un addetto. Sono stata per più di un'ora a chiamarema non rispondeva nessuno. Siamo dovuti uscire carichi con i bagagli con 2 bambini piccoli per cercare qualcuno che ci aiutasse con il rischio di perdere il volo. Al momento della consegna della tessera della stanza mi sono lamentata alla reception e mi è stato risposto che non potevano rispondere perchè avevano da fare! "
