“After we checked in, we went up to our room. I went to use the restroom, my husband tried to turn on air conditioner, the room was so hot! It would not turn on. We went downstairs to front desk, and the lady was rude about getting us a new room, and that I used the restroom. Next room was Okay with air, but wasn’t very clean. Food containers under the bed. “BEWARE This super 8 is a Dump Front desk staff are lazy, they have you book through 3rd party, so when you realize the place is a dump. They tell you, you'll have to get refund from 3rd party. After they accepted the money. They have homeless, living in rv on the property. Carpet hasn't been cleaned in a long time, shelving brackets coming off the wall, towel bar falling off wall. The outside trash area is disgusting, YOU'VE BEEN WARNED ⚠️ THIS HOTEL IS A TOTAL DISAPPOINTMENT”

“You advertise a pool & hot tub. The pool was so dirty it had two ducks swimming in it. The hot tub was dirty with leaves & stuff. That was disappointing. However, when the TV didn't work, someone came to fix it within minutes. When we couldn't figure out the shower, someone was there right now! The counter people were very nice when I told them they had vagrants hanging out in an alcove. She went right out & made them leave. “The property was a very well-maintained. There were a lot of options for breakfast. The pool area was extremely relaxing. Would definitely stay there again when I’m in Boise/Meridian.”

“Everything was perfect - extremely helpful staff as I had issues w my reservation with Expedia. The manager Jordan went above and beyond and the rest of the team was amazing as well! Housekeeping department was so sweet and helpful. Definitely do yourself a favor and stay where the team cares ! Will def stay here again. Minimal complaint was that the jets weren’t working in the hot tub but other than that A+ stay!”
