“Our family enjoyed the stay at the Residence Inn by Marriott Eagle, Boise, Idaho. Our room was comfortable, and the kitchen had everything we needed for a week-long stay. “Main management and a few employees are very kind and helpful. Our family was in a studio for a few days. During this time we noticed the employees didn’t like to stay at the front desk. They kept a sign up that says they will be back in a few minutes or dial zero on the phone for immediate assistance. So if you need anything, you constantly had to call them. They were just in the back behind the door hiding out. It just gives the appearance that they’re not real eager to want to help you when...
