When staying multiple days housekeeping is not provided ( fresh towels, bed made, vacuum, trash emptied). Front desk staff was able to provide some towels, but you was on your own for the rest. Hot tub was broken and unusable.

The room wasn’t cleaned when we arrived, one beds sheets were stained pinkish red on every layer. I selected pay at the property and I was charged before my arrival, checkout was listed in the front lobby at 11am, I was awoken by a staff member at 10am asking if I was checking out soon.
