Une bonne adresse
Ce petit hôtel située dans une impasse offre un calme que nous avons vraiment apprécié à Bangkok. La responsable de l'hôtel est très attentive bien que discrète. Le rapport qualité prix de cet établissement est selon moi incontestable. La proximité du Tram, d'un Parc agréable à découvrir et d'une kyrielle de restaurants nous ont beaucoup séduit aussi. Nous séjournerons dans ce restaurant si nous sommes amenés a revenir à BKK.

fit for purpose
Nice quiet spot withing walking distance of everything you need. Hotel is a little outdated and kind of smells that way too but for the price its perfectly reasonable. the door man is excellent.

Clean and spacious room. About 15 min walk from Sala Daeng BTS station and Silom Complex. We felt at home.

今後ここは毎回泊まりたい
シーロム駅やサラデーン駅から徒歩10分、ゆっくり歩くなら15分でしょうか。 込み入った所にあるので、最初こそGoogle map 必須ですが、ロケーション分かればとても便利です。 周辺は屋台も少しあり、60バーツあればお腹満たせます。 ホテルですが、スタッフはとても親切で、フレンドリーです。英語も大丈夫です。 部屋ですが、とても綺麗にされており、シャワーの水圧及び湯温、冷房ともに問題ありません。タオルやベッドもしっかり変えてくれます。テレビはNHKが映ります。 駅から少し離れてるものの、車の騒音はなく、睡眠は快適です。 あえて書くならば、エレベータなし、ティッシュなし、アメニティは簡素(固形石鹸と使い捨てのシャンプーのみ。歯ブラシや髭剃はなし。) ですが、これらはその辺のコンビニで買えば十分でしょう。 また泊まりたいです。

The reception staff are great. Hotel located in quiet alley (Soi) Clean and secure with laundry room. Downside.. it’s quite dated and it’s time to replace bedskirts, lampshades, the odd TV and towels.

改装はされてキレイに使ってられると思いますが、20年前ぐらいに住んでいた一般的なバンコクのアパートです。　このエリア指定でばければ同価格帯で新しいところはいっぱいあるので他を選ぶとおもます。　ローカルなアパートが見たければオススメです。

Comfortable stay house in perfect location
Property has all the essentials for a great rate; clean, rooms equipped with small fridge, good bathroom and air con, good internet connection. There is no complimentary breakfast but can be ordered daily if you needed. Perfectly positioned, 10 minute walk from the BTS & MRT as well as a shopping mall and endless delicious eating options! Area is safe and hotel staff are very friendly! I highly recommend!

値段を考えると大満足
シーロムから少し歩くが遠くはない。裏通りでわかりにくい場所だが反面閑静な環境。周辺には飲食店、コンビニも多い。 部屋も共用部分も大変清潔。フロントの方も親切。四階建てでエレベーターが無いのが欠点だが警備の方が荷物を上げてくれた。価格を考慮すれば大満足。

The hotel is in an area consisting of many office blocks and so Thai workers and is set up for them in terms of breakfast and lunch. Finding breakfast is fine but maybe find lunch elsewhere due to the large numbers of workers. Pleasant enough hotel with air con and hot water working but with little adjustment . The lady manager - owner is very helpful and friendly but everpresent so probably not the best situation for bringing a girl back with you. The Thai only speaking doorman insisting on jumping up and opening the entrance door on your approach I found irritating and unneeded. Not something I've seen at any other 3-4 star I've stayed in. Handy location close to the BTS skytrain and also Lumpini park.

Simple guesthouse at a great price near the BTS
The Sunrise Residence was lovely. If you are looking for a clean and simple guesthouse, affordable price, and central location, this is the place. Definitely not a luxury stay, but for $30/night, I had a single room with a pretty comfortable bed, a spacious bathtub with hot water, and just a 5 minute walk to the Si Lom BTS. It's down a bit of an alley, but no problem to find using Google maps and it's a quiet location. Wonderful perk - it's just around the corner from the delicious cafe/restaurant Bitterman. Reception was warm and kind, allowing me to check out late and arranging a taxi to the airport. Highly recommend for a clean and affordable guesthouse at a pretty unbeatable price for the location!

I had a fantastic time. The room was cozy and felt like home. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location was ok, but down an alley. But, overall I would recommend it to my friends.

Clean, good location, good price
Location is a bit in the back alley (10 mins walk from BTS station). Very quiet and clean. Friendly staff. Security guard available 24/7. Romm is also clean. A bit old style but equipment well maintained and fully operational. Good speed internet. A good choice overall.

Ребята это жесть! Маленький старенький отельчик, среди красивых небоскребов и классных отелей. Хорошо что я там провел с 18 до 6. Кровать ужасная, кондиционер уставший, охладить номер в 15м ему нужно 30 мин. Ничего кроме колы в отеле купить нельзя. Ну вообщем Нет!

Great location, convenient place.
Amazing staff! The lift was not working so the doorman took my luggage all the way to the 4th floor for me. When I was leaving at 5 am, he came running up to carry the luggage down for me. The place is in such a good location! Very close to the park, metro station and Si Lom. The room itself was basic, with everything you need. Good air conditioning and wifi. It was not so clean though. Lots of hair in the bed linen from previous guests.

Cosy homely feeling stay
The place makes me feel at home. Cleanliness was great especially the towel smells very good in comparison to those at bigger hotels that smells... It could be improved if shower gel could be provided.

Hotel is clean quite friendly staff
Hotel is clean n quite. Very friendly reception staff. Guard always eager to rush and open the door. But the setback is the 10mins walk from the hotel to the main road each way. Dead quite especially at night.

good hotel at a good price, entrance hidden
hotel entrance was hard to find (for our Tuktuk drivers). 5min walk to nearst anything. nice and quiet neighbourhood. Limpini park is completely amazing and forth the otherwise non-optimal location regards to eating/things to do/closes metro-stop.

Friendly professional owner. Good location.
Very friendly and professional owner. Rooms were clean and in good condition. In an older building in the Saladeang area near lumpini park. Quiet location with metro a short distance away.

Simple, Clean and Quiet
It's a simple, clean and quiet residence. No luxury facilities, like swimming pool or gym. However, the servers are nice and the guard will always help open the gate. The room is simple and clean. Moreover, it is quiet from noisy streets, but it takes about 10 minutes to walk to MRT or BTS station (acceptable). A last note is there is no elevator.
