A perfect location overlooking the town, beautiful Edwardian buildings in the Arts and Crafts style, fine views from my windows. Excellent breakfasts, served from 7.30 onwards for those wanting an early start. Staff friendly and helpful. And amazing value for money all round. ”

“Rooms are tastefully decorated with beautiful on suite bathroom. Staff very good and breakfast freshly cooked and not from a hot plate. Plenty of takeaways nearby but we are in and it was excellent. Only thing I could say against the Valley was nobody on reception. Road noise was also loud but didn’t really bother us too much. All in all an excellent stay and will be using again as a stop over before catching the ferry to Dublin. Well done The Valley and staff.”
