“Great stay! The hotel is clean and the staff are excellent. Having a complimentary airport shuttle was a huge plus. The only downside was the shower pressure—it was a bit too aggressive for me—but otherwise, everything was perfect. I would definitely stay here again.”

“No pool. No elevator. Staff one is ok Getting to the room on 3rd level is not good. Construction going on, I had to walk on a man made bridge to cross to go to the room. I was scared”

Went 2 days without replacing towels, emptying bins even though the room information advised this was daily, and had no door hanger to request services. Upon further query, they don't provide daily service unless asked. First set of bedding had holes, the bed wasn't particularly comfortable and the room was noisy throughout the night. It’s so unprofessional and the vibes as a security personnel is not helping hospitality and management business at all! The properties is good but no essential toiletries!”

Moved to upper floor with bad airflow and intermittent WiFi , small room with no windows , you get what you pay for ,breakfast was terrible. “Overall good except these two things: Cash only - for international travellers who doesn’t carry a lot of cash, they should have card options. Not accommodating for a one hour request of check out (for one room only). I booked total of 3 rooms for my stay, and I’m being charged for that request. Mainly for a flight cancelled/moved to a later time of day.”
