“The house is right on the water across from several large fishing boats. It was neat to see them and the pelicans. The host communicated well. My only complaint is the cleanliness of the place. The showers still had bars of soap and hair from the last guest. I had to find cleaner and clean the showers myself so we could shower. There were dirty underwear under my bed and dirty socks under another bed. As much as I paid for one night, I'd expect a clean house at least.”

The address given is 1710, the actual address is 1708, this is not a townhouse and is totally misrepresented in the description. This was not apparent until arrival. The host was not available to contact, we tried by email / phone and via the attached ring doorbell without any response. “Beautiful house on a cute street. The seating on the front porch was very enjoyable. Property details were very accurate to the pictures and info listed. Kitchen was a great size. Having ability to do laundry was a big perk! Beds were comfortable. Easy to find parking close to the house. If I ever visit New Orleans again, I would love to use this property again! ”

“We were in town for a few days for a funeral and it was the perfect spot to get to family in and around the New Orleans area. It fit my family perfectly. The home was immaculate and newly renovated and furnished. We were also able to bring our small dog and it had a good size backyard for her. We would definitely stay again!”
