Castelli a Barbençon

“Absolutely shocking. Arrived at 7.20pm. Check in was between 5-8pm. No sign of anyone. Phoned both phone numbers and messaged via hotel.com - no answer from property. Waited there for an hour. We were extremely tired after leaving the UK at 7am!!! Had to find another hotel at ann extra cost. Eventually arrived around 9pm. Hotel owner phoned me at 10.38pm, waking us up, to ask where we were and apologise! What a joke. A formal complaint has been made to hotel.con who were extremely helpful...

“La Forge By C&V We had an amazing stay! The house was super clean, the sauna, jacuzzi and rainshower were great to relax. The included breakfast at the Boulangerie was also a great addition. Everyone was super friendly and the communication with Clotilde was fast and very helpful. I can recommend this stay to everyone who wants to relax in beautiful french village in the middle of pretty nature!”

De woonwagen was perfect uitgerust en zeer verzorgd, met oog voor detail en comfort. We voelden ons er meteen thuis in de gezellige sfeer. Marc had speciaal voor Monica het Nordic bad heerlijk heet gemaakt, wat haar echt in de watten legde.
