“Check in was smooth and quick. Lady at the front desk was very friendly. Bed was comfortable and the room was clean. The only issue was that the shower curtain probably needs to be replaced because it smelled like mildew and I also think they may add water to the Dove lotion provided because it was extremely watery. Breakfast was ok. It consisted of turkey sausage patties, pork sausage links, biscuits, sausage gravy, pancakes, omelets, bagels,cereal, yogurt, oatmeal, toasts and muffins. I like...

“The staff is very rude and dont care about your well being except for Nicole she is very sweet and caring Sylvia is the most meanest person I ever met she doesn't want to do her job at all and doesn't care about the customers and she complains about everything especially when she has to go get customers clean linens and when she has to check you in i would not recommend this hotel to anyone ”

“The staff were very courteous especially the dining room staff krysten for breakfast. She even had the tea I love on hand which made my cisit special. I enjoyed the gym and even tried the pool (not heated)... hot tub was out of commission. Convenient location and overall great stay. ”

“This is the first time I have ever left a negative review on anything. However, it is warranted. We had issues with the air and the lights. There was apparently a short in the bathroom light fixture. It would not work most of the time. Also, my son slipped and fell in the shower. It was extremely slippery with no slip-resistant adhesives to prevent sliding. When we asked to file an accident report, they could not find the official paperwork and asked us to write down our information on a random...

“This was the worst La Quinta stay I have ever had. The food was inedible. The staff was underprepared and overworked. The hotel was overbooked. Our check in was delayed by 30 minutes to clean a room (2 hours after the normal check in time). The elevator broke down several times in our 18 hours in the hotel. The side door was left open, which while convenient for going in and out-struck me as a safety concern for guests.”
