“The property is located below another quality hotel, but has a charming, privacy because of the trees. It has ample parking and is very quiet. The bed is good quality, everything in the room was clean, including very clean and attractive wood flooring instead of carpet, which I liked. Perhaps the proprietors will replace the hallway carpeting, which is somewhat worn. There is no elevator, which is not needed for a two-floor establishment. “My DD and I were traveling for a wedding and we loved our stay at Q Inn. The pool and hot tub were great. The rooms look newly renovated and were spotless. The hallways did smell a little smoky because they do offer some smoking rooms. The breakfast was nice and had a lot of variety. Overall for the great price we got, we were very very happy with our stay.”

“We were pleased with our stay. It was easy to get to Cleveland clinic from here. The kids we saw were enjoying the activity area. It's an older hotel but it was clean and employees were friendly. Check in was quick and easy. Would stay again. ”

“Overall the room was comfortable but is in desperate need of repairs/renovations. We had a whirlpool suite that needed repairs to the tub and shower. The shower nozzel shot water everywhere but where it needed to go. Our window leaked when it rained. Also we only had one remote for two tvs. The staff was amazing and accommodating. ”

“They need to invest in some updates to the whole hotel. Update bathrooms, repair walls and fix drips. We picked this hotel because it stated it was smoke free... it was not. Lots of guests were smoking in their rooms. Plus, we heard a small dog in one room. ”

“The staff were amazing at this property. I do not usually take the time to write a review as I travel often and am rather busy but when service is above and beyond I do make sure to give praise. Priya at the front desk was so friendly and helpful and Theo the head of maintenence was amazing as well as the housekeeping team. I come to Ohio annually and will make sure to return!! ”

“We’ve all heard the Motel 6 stories - loud, unsavory folk stay there, dirty rooms etc - but my experience was different. Sure there were the sounds of kids or dogs barking as you walk down the halls, but the room was clean, quiet, the bed was very comfortable! Staff in lobby at this particular Motel 6 were lovely and helpful w my request for extra towels… thank you, Yami with the pretty smile for all your care!!!”
