“l'albergo è grande, pulito e con tutte le comodità-il personale disponibile. unica pecca la impossibilità di alzare la temperatura della camera (veramente troppo freddo abbiamo dovuto chiedere anche delle coperte per la notte dopo) ed il parcheggio che non è riservato ai clienti”

“This place is truly a hidden gem. Close to downtown for the restaurants and activities, but in a nice neighborhood. So much here, beautiful rooms and even a big backyard. The comman areas are delightful, and our room was even better. Enjoyed the big soaker tub with the jets.”

“Was a nice place to stay. The property was set away from the major traffic on a service road, which was a plus for privacy and noise. The front desk was attentive to requests for an extra coffee packet and sugar. Room was clean, bed was clean, shower and facilities were clean. (I have a blood, urine light that exposes unclean surfaces)- a good thing to have when staying at a hotel. If I ever have to stay in Shreveport, LA. again, this will be one I will consider. “Clean room. Report several maintenance issues. Hot breakfast selections were sparse. Only eggs, sausages and waffles. Coffee bar provided no creamers except half and half.”

“Be aware if you stay here they will charge you a smoking fee 7-9 days after you check out saying they found evidence that you were smoking in your room. I don’t smoke and have never smoked but they charged me $250 saying I did. Don’t stay here!”

Everyone we encountered from check in to check out and even the person working around the hotel that we passed in the hallway went above and beyond to ensure we had a comfortable stay.”

“Bedding looked like it was 20+ years old, definitely run down. Crackhead knocking on our door at 3AM. Even for a cheap one night stay, it was rough.”
