“This is an amazing property. Very spacious and so lovely. It was a wonderful stay. The staff is so kind. The rooms are large and very clean. The grounds are beautiful. It’s also close distance to the town of Sturbridge. Cute coffee, ice cream and nice cafes. I can’t wait to come back!!”

“My mom and I stayed here for two nights while we were in the area for the Brimfield Flea Market, and we had a wonderful experience. The house is spacious, clean and comfortable, and Heather is a great host. Both breakfasts were very nice. This is a great little bnb where we felt welcome and relaxed. We will definitely return the next time we go to the flea market!”

“The directions for the tv stopped short on how to use the remote once the tv was turned on, We have a different cable provider at home and the remote was different. ”

“Well, it was horrible, and I will never go again. You got kids screaming through the hallways at night while I'm trying to sleep. Parking was horrible for a handicap veteran. there was only 4 handicapped spaces. I had to park at the furthest spot of the parking lot. Half your gym equipment is broken and needs to be replaced.”

“Terry is a wonderful host and she prepares delicious breakfasts. The home is charming and it sits on a lake with a view of Mount Monadanock. There is a fridge stocked with soft drinks, wine and beer (complimentary). There is a TV room. Terry prepares a nice mid-afternoon snack. We think it is the best B & B.”
