“Everything was great, loved our stay here but our drink vouchers were accidentally tossed to the trash by the staff, and accidents happen but when we tried to tell a women at the front desk reception, she was very rude saying it’s not their fault and that their staff wouldn’t throw the vouchers away. We hadn’t used the vouchers, much less taken them out of our room so it was very upsetting. After my fiancé asked to speak to her supervisor because we didn’t lose them, it was the staff who tossed...
