“I stayed here most recent in May of 2026. The reviews I read had me a bit hesitant but I’m happy to say I didn’t experience any of the negative experiences mentioned. The property manager Safiera was very hospitable and accommodating. Every inquiry I had was answered and attended to appropriately by the staff. “Very nice resort, though starting to look a little worn in places. Room was very comfortable and the staff were very nice and attentive. It is about a 20 min drive back and forth into town, so rental car is definitely helpful, unless you just plan to stay on the resort. Water taxi to Nevis comes straight to the Hyatt dock, which is nice. Only major complaint was the prices on the resort - while the room itself wasn’t terribly priced, the food, drinks and everything else for sale on site...

“They told us on route to the airport the house was not available and we could stay elsewhere.We tried to cancel but VRBO dragged their feet and after 2 nights in hotel rooms we took up the offer rather than lose all our money. The alternate place was nice but no view or place to sit in the sun without paying 50 US dollars a day for a club 10 minute walk from house. Disappointed with the experience with VRBO to say the least.”
