Resort a Basseterre

“Liked it being a small less crowded place. We got ice delivered to the room. There is no beach. The tv didn’t work for the entire stay, the ‘engineer’ checked 2 times and had to contact the IT people. The front desk had implied we didn’t know how to use the remote. Did not see anyone come for housekeeping for our 3 day stay. On the final day kept coming asking when are we leaving so she could check the room, 3 hours before the checkout time. “I will start with all the good first. Elliot at the front desk was so helpful and very pleasant. Gave exceptional customer service. This hotel is a very nice place. Rooms are not the best but i can’t say they are the worst. This hotel faces the Atlantic side of the ocean so it’s not swimmable if this is what you would like to do at this hotel. The beach chairs are old and outdated. They do clean the pools every morning and the staff does greet you. The restaurants are not the best. The pizza...

“Nice resort with plenty of amenities but being on the East Coast the sargassum was too much. Couldn’t get in the water and it stunk. Book on the Caribbean side if you want to get in the ocean. Offered limited shuttles and times but early returns and very crowded”

“This resort was great for our group of 10 and had lots to keep everyone happy. The little kids (3 & 5) loved the pools, beach, kids activities, and the small playground. The big kids (9 & 12) enjoyed body surfing, snorkeling, and swimming. The adults loved the swim up bar, walking to Frigate bay, and the fact that everything was so close.
