“Beautiful location surrounded by stunning nature, with amazing rooms and a breakfast of a very high standard. However, the grounds and overall maintenance do not reflect the level expected from a Relais & Châteaux or Michelin Key property. There were dry leaves and weeds throughout the territory, and several trees appeared infested or dying. “The Cabanas was very spacious and nice. There is NO hot water for a shower which is not mentioned in the posting. There is not a separate "sitting area." The cabana is in a beautiful setting but you have to take a Tuk Tuk to town. It is next door to a restaurant. The breakfast is the traditional Sri Lankan Breakfast. Please note that they do not accept credit cards (which is poor) so you have to pay in local currency.”

“Superior Kamer met zeezicht , reeds een jaar van te voren, geboekt/betaald. In plaats van zeezicht hadden we 3 palmbomen voor de kamer staan. Eten/buffet was koud en goor. Waardeloze bedden. Slechte service. Jachthonden die op geld uit zijn.Het in zee zwemmen voor het hotel, is levensgevaarlijk ivm een sterke stroming vanuit de rivier. ”
