Hotel vicino a Battle Kart - Melbourne

“The property was a basic chalet. We stayed there for 5 nights I believe and it was a very busy weekend in Melbourne with the Formula 1 Grand Prix and labour day on Monday which meant the Moomba festival was also on that weekend. The chalet is situated in a campsite. Transport to go to the city was easy enough with a bus just outside the campsite entrance. The chalet was very small but I knew that when I booked it. “The room was quiet, clean, included modern furnishings but was quite small. Its being renovated, there was no construction noise, but the common access points to to the hotel rooms look a bit rough! I'm sure once the reno's are done it will be a big improvement to those spaces. Plenty of car parking and easy to find.”

“Had a fantastic stay at Punthill Sunshine. The room was huge and spotless, with a very comfortable bed and a great shower. The kitchen was well-furnished, which was a nice bonus. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, and I really appreciated the complimentary still and sparkling water. Highly recommend!”

“You need to know that for late night check ins you must go in through the pub. It's a little worn out but not the end of the world. Shower tap handles fall off. The sofa bed mattress is in terrible condition. Everything else is fine for a budget. Air con worked, not too noisy, large enough. ”

“Excellent docklands location, Pool was wonderful, customer service was good except the staff member on the buffet breakfast, he was outstanding, really friendly and explained everything available to us, was very warm and welcoming. Everything was pretty clean and the pool was wonderful. Only feedback would be to ensure the pool lounges have been cleaned of mess in the afternoon and the check in staff should let people checking in of the promotions available for guests to take care of eg 50%...

“Insgesamt gut, gerade was das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis betrifft. Für das Geld völlig in Ordnung. Sauber, nicht zu groß, die Bäder sind gut ausgestattet und auch sehr sauber. Die Zimmer sind eher klein, aber auch hier für den Preis völlig in Ordnung. Die Lage ist ok, Parkplätze sind durch den Pendlerparkplatz direkt nebenan mehr als ausreichend vorhanden. Zu Geräuschempfindlich sollte man allerdings nicht sein, es ist doch relativ viel zu hören. Was wirklich nervig war ist die Matratze....

The bed was extremely comfortable and hot water aplenty. Free laundry room. Overall good value for money and the gentlemen on reception were helpful and friendly.”

“Central location to shops, restaurants and waterfront. Easy walk to North Williamstown train station. Apartment was clean and modern and good communication from staff. Highly recommend and would stay here again. ”

“This hotel started by taking my CVC in breach of the PCI-DSS standards and have now, rather than refunding my security deposit, finalised the charge. If you intend to use this group, watch your back. I am not convinced of their honesty.”
