Also drying rack that was not working but maintenance tried to fix it was not a bother. 30 min walk to the airplane spotting very popular point. 2 pools is a big plus (inside and outside) sauna and steam room. “Hands down the worst 5 star hotel I ever been to. It should be 3 star hotel. We checked out same day. The attitude of the young gentleman at the front desk needs to be reviewed. When asked for someone to take luggage down they said we dont have one how is that even possible in 5 star hotel”

“We stayed in this hostel only for a night on our way to Tbilisi to rest however we were super shocked by the fact that they did not provide us blankets... It was really cold outside as you can imagine, I truly cannot understand how come they would not think to provide blankets for the room in December?! Non mi è stata data o , meglio, solo quando ho minacciato seriamente di chiamare la polizia per fare valere i miei diritti per una camera con colazione inclusa che io avesopagato, solo allora il manager di Ramada mi ha concesso di usufruire della colazione.
