“Friendly staff”

“The whole structure is arranged around the scuba divers. It has been one of the most comfortable "scuba holidays" I've ever had. The position is just perfect, the staff is so friendly that is like to be in a big family, the restaurant can serve tasty food (both international and Filipino). If it lacks of something, it's a good beach (there one, but I do not recommend to swim in that area due to the many boats), however that's true for every other resort in Sabang. “The rooms are dated but clean. The staff were very friendly and attentive. There was an issue in our room and they offered to transfer us to another room right away. We declined as we were already settled and the issue was not a big deal but we appreciate the initiative. Will book this place again if we ever are in the area. ”

“The property was amazing the staff was very hospitable even at 11 PM at night when we arrived. It’s both access only when arriving or leaving. You’re greeted with a cocktail and oatmeal cookie from the owner. I highly recommend hashbrowns. They were also able to accommodate the other couple that came with us honeymoon surprise and short notice.”

“There are so many great things about AV Suites. The staff was great! Well trained but not robots. Very friendly and personable. They made us feel very welcome and really seem to take pride in the resort. First the views are incredible and stunning. Standing on the balcony of our room was amazing. We stayed for 9 days and the room was big enough for us. We didnt feel cramped up on the 1 day it rained. There are a few things I wish that I had known before we stayed there. Maybe other reviews...

“What what do you think about the property that it was very safe inconvenience everything in allow me to visit with the locals. I wasn’t feeling well one morning and the staff was all over it. He was able to take my blood pressure to assure that I was doing fine anything and everything that I requested or ask for was provided. There wasn’t an iron so they had a staff iron my outfit so I have something to wear, I left resort feeling like I was part of the family. ”
