“Staff is extremely warm and attentive to the guests'needs. Nice premises and swimming pool. Rooms are large and well furnished with natural materials in accordance with Khmer tradition. I greatly appreciated the attention to the environment and to sustainability, such as the efforts to avoid using plastic. Good choice of a la carte breakfast. “Arrivati in hotel check-in veloce ci viene assegnata camera nel primo hotel in angolo (si vede nelle foto) ma colazione e utilizzo di piscina bisogna andare nell’altro edificio circa 50 mt. Senza vedere la camera chiedo se è possibile andare nell’altro hotel no problem. Tra l’altro nel primo hotel sono in corso lavori di ristrutturazione penso per realizzare il bar. “We had a great stay at Family Batcave Homestay. It felt like a more authentic experience. Our host was lovely. He gave us a tour with his wife, or he organized for us to visit a variety of sites in and around Battambang. Plus, the food was great. I highly recommend it. ”

“Family Batcave is a fantastic way to experience Cambodia. It's just a ten minute walk away from the batcave. The family are so welcoming and cooked us beautiful meals. Also provided fresh fruit and lots of water. The huts are clean and tidy, my bedding smelt amazing! Saro even took us on a tour of the killing cave and temple himself and arranged all our transfers. My dad was expecting a very basic stay, but ended up saying it was his favorite place we'd stayed. Would definitely recommend this...

“Pros: The pool looks nice, rooms are spacious Cons: The 12 year old girl at reception had no record of me and asked me to pay $21 a night, until I found my pre-paid booking confirmation. I had pre-paid $31 per night (deluxe room, breakfast not included). Rooms are tattier than photos and I was short changed $5 by a young lady after paying for breakfast.
