Hotel a Bay

“Loved this hotel, the staff were great to accommodate a very late arrival.”

“Horrible stay, there were roaches everywhere and the location/area didn't seem very safe.”

“Considering the price, room is comfortable, A/C works great, bed was comfortable, great water pressure in shower, staff was great. Front parking lot is a hangout for Mexicans who leave their garbage, bottles and cans outside of their rooms, but don’t cause any disturbance or harm.”

“the worst check in experience i’ve ever had at a hotel! I walked in to a man with a cigarette in his mouth behind the front desk and when i politely said hello the man screamed out the front desk ladies name so loudly in order to get her to the desk. once she came out she was rude. did not greet me at all. the first thing she said to me was “phone number?” it also seemed as if she did not understand the check in process what so ever. it took 20-25 minutes to get checked in and get my key to my...

“Great breakfast, clean was missing ice and vending on the 2nd floor. Would have been nice to know up front. Friendly and helpful staff.”

“Breakfast was ok, but no waffle maker as advertised. Room was large but bathroom was not clean. Pink buildup in shower, questionable marks on walls. Strange smell in the hallway and noise came into the room from the utility closet. Bed were confidant Large room Price ok. The staff was great, but I don't plan to stay again.”

“The location was convenient to downtown. The parking was a long walk from the second floor room that we had and no elevator. Our bedroom ceiling fan did not work and the commode seat was not attached to the commode. We did like that it had a full service kitchen and washer and dryer.”

“The rooms were very clean and the building was well maintained. The staff was very courteous and welcoming! We enjoyed the pool which is indoors! Loved that! We also had a nice dinner at Don Jose’s restaurant which is onsite. Good food and atmosphere. We had initially rented our rooms for 2 days and stayed an extra day since the kids enjoyed the pool so much!”

“It’s brand new so it was very clean and the staff was friendly. I’d definitely come back. My only issue was that the ac was a little loud for my liking, but thankful it worked!”
