“The house is actually 3 br 3.5 bath. Each room has its own bathroom and there is a half bath on the first floor. There is only 1 TV in the entire house and it's in the living room. Which is designed to be the main room for entertaining. Each room has a mini split a/C unit and the first floor has 2 mini splits. One in the living room and one in the kitchen.
