“The staff was helpful and friendly. The rooms were clean and modern. The breakfast was good and hot, was buffet style. Service was great. This was my second stay at this property and will be the only place I stay when I am in this area. It is close to a Wal-mart and the airport.”

“This is the 2nd time that I've book an IHG property and when I get there to check-in, they tell me they've sold out of the room type I reserved AND paid for! 2 Queen beds for me and my son! This time, I was there early enough to insist they accommodate my reservation. Not so lucky in Tallahassee last time. The front desk clerk mentioned it was because I booked third party - though Expedia would want to know. In addition, they do not have complementary breakfast.”

“From the moment I arrived the staff was great, not only the room was clean, but the whole hotel was clean and smells great. The breakfast was absolutely wonderful. I will definitely stay here again!!!”

“Needs updated a bit, but was clean. Have to have wrist ban for pool inconvient. The area is not horrible. Close to outlet malls traffic was a little crazy because of road work. But was okay for the price and Gulfport was easy getting around.”

“Where do I start, entered the room and the temperature was 62, ok I get it, but then I tried to lock our door and it would not lock, so I tried to call the front office, but the phone did not work, so I checked the rest of the room, tv did not work, floors were dirty, sheets were stained, sand in shower. So with the list I went to the office and reported the findings, I was escorted back with a guy and his grandson and the man checked the room, while his grandson was trying to go thru our items...
