Case in affitto a Beach Haven

“The location was fine. Very quiet street in Holgate. Being right next door to a hotel wasn’t an issue at allGerard was very responsive to all questions before and during the trip. The biggest issues were the lack of items in house - dishes, utensils etc. Considering it’s listed as a house that can sleep 12, there wasn’t enough items to properly serve food. There also wasn’t enough seating in living area. The interior of house is shabby. Not unclean, just in need of a coat of paint and general...

“It was a great place to have our senior dog, Ellie, with us. The yard is totally fenced so she could safely explore outdoors. There are lots of amenities and outdoor equipment available for summer fun! Unfortunately, our stay was in winter, but the house was warm and cozy. Perfect place for our Christmas celebration!”

“Wonderful memories were made during our time here. Lots of fun to be had for our family! There was some damage to the property when we arrived (broken blinds, for example in a place that was not visible) but nothing major and we didn’t lower our rating for this. Clear directions were provided for check in and check out. Would book again.”

“I've stayed in LBI more than 20 times over the last 10 years and this place is hands-down the best!”

“This property is set apart with a private entrance. Large house with double sinks and pots, pans, blender and coffee maker .”

“I cannot say enough good things about our stay at this property! We came for the holiday weekend. Everything was clean and ready for our stay. The beach, restaurants, and coffee shops were all within walking distance. Excellent Italian bakery nearby. The host was super helpful with immediate responses to all of our questions! Would definitely recommend and come back!!”
